Need help with Algorithm Visualizer Lab? Email us and include the device model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

Common questions

• Does the app require an account? No. The learning experience works locally and offline.
• What is cloud sync? If Firebase is available, the app uses a temporary anonymous account to sync learning progress. It never asks for a name or email.
• How do I remove my data? Open Settings → Data management. Use Reset local progress for a reset, or Delete cloud profile to remove the anonymous Firebase account and cloud profile.
• Why is sync unavailable? Check your connection. The app intentionally falls back to local storage when Firebase or the network is unavailable.
